Welcome to my brow journey ✨ I was only 17 years old when I started brow tweezing. My friends and family would go over my house to do their brows on my couch. I felt like I always had a good eye for shape, so I continued doing brows over the years as a hobby. I just loved the satisfaction of how brows changed the face! I went into the dental field 2014. I was in the field for 7 years. 2 years of DA (dental assisting) and moved into a specialty. I then became a successful OMSA (oral and maxilofacial surgery assistant). It was exciting to assist in jaw fractures & implant surgeries. I worked with top notch doctors and became really good. It honestly didn’t feel like a job. I loved what I did, but there was something still missing. In MARCH 2021, I was motivated to make something of myself. I kept thinking and thinking about what I was good at. Then one day it came to me… “BROWS”! I started my research and I instantly got excited about starting my own brow business. I had potential so I went for it. I first got certified in Laminations only, which is why I named my business “FEATHERED BROWZ by Liz”. But I knew I wanted learn more. I was EAGER. I then got my second certification in June 2021 for tint, henna, and lash lifts. I became good naturally! I continued my education and I got my ombre powder certification March 2022 and my ink removal certification August 2022. I will master my craft and keep my knowledge going! I didn’t plan to be a full time brow artist , it was only supposed to be a “side hustle”. I would work from 8-5pm and start brows from 6-10pm every day. Even on weekends I would do brows. I was EXHAUSTED. But I stayed consistent, the love and support I was receiving kept pushing me to move forward. I then had over 50+ clients in just 2 months. God gave me signs to quit my job in July 2021 and focus on my momentum. I do not regret being in oral surgery, it molded me to be my own boss. Creating the version of who I am into a business was the best decision I’ve ever made. I will continue to educate myself to be the best brow artist for YOU because YOU deserve to feel beautiful. I cannot emphasize how thankful I am to everyone that has been so supportive. My heart is just filled with so much love and joy. I love you guys. I cannot wait to take you to the top with me. Thank you for allowing me to put a little piece of who I am into my business. Having a brow business has been the most rewarding experience.
